My objective is to make the daily lives of citizens and visitors of Tampere more secure in evolving urban security environment by developing and testing a comprehensive and smart event-related urban security solution. The solution builds on novel ways for innovative utilization and integration of latest digital urban security technologies and infrastructure involving of citizens, event organizers, urban security service providers and local security authorities as active co-creators. The developed solution will be scaled up in other security-sensitive event areas in Tampere and the region.
