Procurement call: Call for experts in Scaleup Launchpad programme

The project executes two cross-border programmes together with Business Tampere, Tartu Science Park and Norrköping Science Park. About 20 growth companies will be selected into the programme. The companies operations are expected to link on thematic area climate neutrality in smart and sustainable city context. These launchpad programmes emphasize the importance of impact in the business context connecting that with all levels of organization: strategic, day-to-day management and grassroot operative work.
The Launchpad focuses on four selected key areas (financial, people/team, strategy, opening new markets) allowing project partners to take a deep dive into selected topics and share the learnings with businesses and project partners. During the launchpad we use digital tools and online work for efficiency, but to achieve a real impact, it also includes face-to-face trainings.
Call for experts
The four focus areas in the Scaleup Launchpad -program are selected based on needs of companies looking to scaleup up their business activities. We are looking for experts on all of the focus areas. Within this procurement call we are gathering a pool of individual experts or businesses into a pool (about 5 per focus area) that can be utilized during the Scaleup Launchpad programmes.
There will be two 10-month-long Scaleup Programmes running during the period autumn 2023 – spring 2025. These two programs does cover about 144 days work outsourced for the pool of external experts. The number of days are divided approximately 72 days per program including four focus areas (finance, people/team, strategy and opening new markets). Procured workdays include group training done online as well as one to one sessions with individual scaleup businesses and cone be done also online.
